Through practical, hands-on sessions, participants will learn how to adjust gummy machine settings for optimal consistency and quality and will be introduced to advanced troubleshooting techniques for addressing common production challenges. SDU’s advanced level gummy formulation course offers a deep dive into the art and science of enhancing gummies using a variety of gelling agents, natural flavors, and colorings to improve sensory appeal.
Course Outcomes: By the end of the course, participants will be comfortable identifying the root causes of most gummy defects, understand how to develop preventative maintenance programs for various gummy machines, and have a thorough knowledge of how to set up and calibrate gummy machinery effectively.
Enrollment Requirements: Completion of SDU’s gummies 301 class or 3 years of gummy manufacturing experience.
Course Certificate upon Completion
On the last day of class, you will receive a personalized, embossed certification that declares you have completed one of SDU’s gummies courses. This credential not only validates your expertise and dedication to continuous learning but also positions you as a valuable asset in solid dose manufacturing.
