In this master class, students engage in complex projects that involve crafting multi-flavored gummies, intricate shapes, and layered designs, while exploring cutting-edge gummy technology. The curriculum encourages innovation by allowing students to experiment with novel ingredients like nutraceuticals and alternative sweeteners, equipping them to create specialized gummy products targeted at niche markets.
Course Outcomes: Participants will emerge capable of leading teams of engineers and operators in the maintenance, setup, and repair of gummy production machinery. They will master root cause analysis for diagnosing production issues and develop a thorough understanding of how to optimize a gummy production facility for peak efficiency.
Enrollment Requirements: Completion of SDU’s gummies 302 class or 5 years of gummy machine maintenance experience.
Course Certificate upon Completion
On the last day of class, you will receive a personalized, embossed certification that declares you have completed one of SDU’s gummies courses. This credential not only validates your expertise and dedication to continuous learning but also positions you as a valuable asset in solid dose manufacturing.
